3. Product Information
- We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, slight variations may occur dependent on supplier stock availability. Where we are aware of consistent variations, we will do our best to make a note on the product descriptions.
4. Pricing
- All prices are listed in Emalangeni (SZL). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
5. Orders and Payment
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Payments can be made via secure online payment gateway or a request for quote can be submitted at which stage the transaction will progress via email communication. Full payment is required before dispatch.
6. Delivery Policy
- Local Deliveries: Deliveries within the Mbabane/Manzini corridor are done once a week.
- Nationwide Deliveries: Deliveries beyond this corridor are shipped via Swazi Post for eligible products.
- Orders for available stock are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Pre-ordered items are shipped based on supplier stock availability. Refer to our Delivery Policy for more details.
7. Returns and Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service for return instructions.
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted, but you may return the items in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policy.
