Eswavas Online Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Coverage
- Local Deliveries: We offer weekly deliveries within the Mbabane/Manzini corridor. Orders within this area will be delivered once a week.
- Nationwide Deliveries: For deliveries outside the Mbabane/Manzini corridor, we use Swazi Post for eligible products. For products that are not eligible for Swazi Post delivery communications will be conducted via email with regards to delivery or collection options.
2. Order Processing Time
- Available Stock: Orders for items that are in stock will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
- Pre-ordered Items: For items that are pre-ordered, delivery times are dependent on supplier stock availability. Clients will be kept informed about the status and expected delivery dates of their pre-ordered items.
3. Delivery Notifications
- Customers will receive an email notification once their order has been dispatched. This email will include tracking information where applicable.
4. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout where applicable and are based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the package. Any additional charges will be communicated during the checkout process.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partner will make one delivery attempt for local deliveries. If no one is available to receive the package, a notice will be left, and the customer will be required to arrange for a re-delivery or pick-up from a designated location.
- For nationwide deliveries via Swazi Post, packages will follow the standard Swazi Post delivery and collection procedures.
6. Delivery Address
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Eswavas Online will not be responsible for orders that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
7. Delays
- While we strive to meet our delivery times, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, transportation issues, etc.). We will communicate any significant delays to our customers as soon as possible.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
- In the event that an item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the delivery service to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
9. International Deliveries
- At this time, Eswavas Online does not offer international shipping. Our delivery services are limited to addresses within Eswatini.
